Shipping

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched from our studio (read Sukku’s room). We take 5-7 business days to process your order, once it's shipped you'll start receiving text and mail updates. 

​

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 80 for Standard Shipping 

  • Delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. 

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays as a third-party vendor manages our shipping.

Do you ship internationally? 

  • We currently ship in India, the EU, US and UK! For all international orders please drop us a message on Instagram.

1. How do I track my order? 

  • Once your order is shipped out, you’ll receive updates with a tracking link in your text and mail inbox. 

 

2. How do I change my address? 

  • You can message us anytime before your order is dispatched to change your address. Once dispatched we won’t be able to make any changes and any or all extra shipping charges will be brunt by you. 

 

3. My tracking status says - ‘RTO’, what does that mean? 

  •  This means that your order is currently being returned to us. In the case of the above, we can do one of the following things:

 - We can provide you with a 60% refund and cancel your order from our end. 

 

OR 

 

 -  We can resend the parcel again.

(In this case, you'll be charged Rs. 150 for RTO fees + resending costs)  

 

4. My package was damaged during transit, what should I do? 

  • If you find your package damaged during transit if possible reject the package from the delivery agent and contact us. If the package has been delivered, kindly send us clear images with the order # and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

5. My tracking status says -'Delivered' but I didn't receive my package.

  • Kindly give us 3 business days to investigate the matter. If the package is not traced within the allotted time frame then we can either provide you with a 60% refund or send the package again.

6. My trinket dish was damaged during transit, what should I do? 

  • Kindly provide us with proper videos and photos documenting the condition of the dish within 12 hours of receiving the package. We'll be more than happy to assist you.
